I currently am available to for teen cycle health classes (ages 10+), Sex and the Cycle talks, intro to Fertility Awareness Method/Charting classes and guided Self Myofascial Release workshops.

Sex and the Cycle
Sex ed for adults! Learn why having a menstrual cycle is so important, efficacy rates of different forms of birth control and how to stay active in your reproductive health care.
Get to Know Your Cycles! For Teens!
90 minutes of exploring female anatomy, physiology, period products, myths and diving into understanding the menstrual cycle. Each class will include helpful tips for managing periods and how we can use knowledge about our cycles as a superpower!
$55/teen
Currently only held in person. Available for private groups for $330. Not including travel if outside of Flagstaff.
