When you or your baby are tight or have nervous system that is on high alert you end up in a loop of shared stress and tension. You've tried forcing your way out of a nervous system loop but now it's time to soften out of it.
Hi, I’m Maggie.
I’m a mother, bodyworker, and educator specializing in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, postpartum healing, and mother-baby nervous system support.
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked hands-on with women, babies, and families to support tension release, regulation, feeding challenges, and deeper connection through gentle bodywork and presence.
The first two weeks after I had my son I was emotional, in pain, had engorged breasts. He had a gnarly witching hour around 10pm each night. Finally one night it dawned on me (luckily before it was dawn) I have the tools to get through this. I began implementing the exact techniques I will be teaching you in this workshop- the magic of physical and energetic touch with your baby.
I truly believe motherhood is not meant to feel like constant survival, and that both mothers and babies deserve to feel safe, supported, and at ease in their bodies.
