Motherhood is so much more than just caring for your baby.
It asks you to meet the parts of you that are tired.
The parts that are overstimulated.
The parts that feel guilty for needing time to yourself.
The parts that are grieving who you used to be.
The parts that are learning how to be held while holding someone else while going through the biggest transformation of your life.
Mothered is a tender, body-based postpartum space for the mom who wants to feel more nurtured, more resourced, and more connected to herself in this season.
It's time to wave goodbye to the hacks and resets that help you "never lose your sh*t". We’re not here to try to make motherhood perfect, this is about learning how to support ourselves with compassion through all of the ups and downs Mothering brings.
Your baby is only half of the new thing you’re learning to mother.
You’re learning how to mother yourself in this new identity too.
Maybe you’ve had those moments where everything feels beautiful.
Your baby is calm.
You feel connected.
Someone compliments you.
You think, “Okay, maybe I’m doing this right.”
And then you’ve had the other moments.
The crying.
The nights awake.
The wondering if you’re doing things right.
The feeling of being constantly needed.
The overstimulation.
The moment where your whole body feels like it might crawl out of your skin.
And suddenly you’re not just responding to your child.
You’re also responding to your own nervous system.
Your own inner critic.
Your own exhaustion.
Your own need to be cared for, reassured, and held.
That’s where this work begins.
Because the goal is not to become a perfect, endlessly calm mother who never gets triggered.
The goal is to become a mother who knows how to come back to herself.
Again and again and again.
When I became a mom in my head postpartum anxiety and depression weren’t a matter of “if” but “when”. And then one night at 1am trying to soothe a screaming infant it slowly started dawned on me. (Luckily it was the only dawn I saw that night 😅).
Since that moment I have been dreaming of this space for moms with the tools I’ve spent a lifetime learning even before I became a mom.
My body was so sore from my 21 hour birth and I could hardly sit down because of swelling. I was a professional bodyworker, someone who literally understands energetics and the body for a living, yet I felt completely terrified and anxious.
I was desperate for solutions how to get him to stop crying I just wanted someone to give me an answer, all of a sudden at 1am all my spiritual psychology and bodywork background hit me. I stopped looking for an external "fix" and realized I needed to apply my bodywork skills in a way that bridged the physical and the emotional for both of us. I needed to Shift my frequency, read his body, figure out what does he need? I started calming myself down by acknowledging that its okay for me to be struggling and started rocking and singing which also calmed me down. He settled and went right to sleep. That night changed the way I understood myself as a mother and my baby.
Fast forward at about 7 months postpartum I got hit hard with PPA and PPD. I wasn’t sleeping, my husband was out of town I didn’t know what to do. Again after weeks of struggling I remembered everything I was taught about working with clients and I applied to myself as a new mom. It also occurred to me that I would never ever talk to my child the way I was talking to myself when I was having a hard time. These are just two of many mothering experiences that led me to putting these puzzle pieces together and eventually beginning to dream about this program. Then I created the Inner Mother Method which is what Mothered is all about.
I realized that a baby’s nervous system co-regulates with the mother’s. If I was tight, he was fussy. If I was anxious, he wouldn't sleep. By combining bodywork, meditation and energy work I found that mothering myself, was actually mothering my child.
Today, my life has come completely full circle. My home is no longer a place of 3:00 AM panic. I feel deeply connected to my intuition, which makes every parenting decision, from fevers to tantrums, so much easier. My son and I are thriving; we’ve had an amazing 19-month breastfeeding journey and we both finally get the sleep we need.
I want to give you permission to stop merely "surviving" your postpartum journey. You don't have to wait for the "fussy stage" to pass. You can build that deep, intuitive connection right now. I’ve put everything I learned into my Mothered.
It’s time to move out of the overwhelm and into the version of motherhood you actually dreamed of.

I can come back to me.
I feel so blessed...
Maggie has been a "staple" provider for my whole family! My 8 year old son, my husband, my baby, and myself all see her regularly. We are all healthier and live better lives because of her work. I feel so blessed to have found her!

I can't express how much this is what I have been looking for without even knowing it.
"I have no idea how I signed up for this, but that was amazing and exactly what I needed.
My baby has been so fussy and would only fall asleep bouncing or walking her. She just fell asleep on my breast while I listened and did as much of this as I could.
I actually can't express how much this is what I have been looking for without even knowing it.
Thank you!"
-- Mother of a 5-month-old
This is for you if you’re craving a different kind of postpartum support.
Not just information.
Not just “sleep when the baby sleeps.”
Not just one more person telling you to "enjoy every second".
But real support for the mother inside the motherhood.
Support for your body.
Your emotions.
Your identity.
Your tenderness.
Your overwhelm.
Your becoming.
Because you deserve to be cared for too.
The Transformation
By the end of Mothered, you won’t have a perfect motherhood experience.
That’s not the promise.
But you will have a way to meet yourself inside the experience you’re actually having.
You’ll know how to pause and acknowledge what’s true.
You’ll know how to soften toward yourself instead of spiraling into shame.
You’ll know how to create a physical shift in your body when you feel overwhelmed.
You’ll know how to reassure the part of you that needs to hear:
“I’m here.”
“I’ve got you.”
“You’re doing better than you think.”
And that changes everything.
Because when you become a safe place for yourself, you create more safety for your baby too.

The Investment
Mothered is for the mom who is ready to have skin in the game with her own support.
Not because you need to be perfect.
Not because you need to have it all figured out.
But because you know your baby can thrive if you’re thriving too.
-
But because you know your baby can thrive if you’re thriving too.
-
Your nervous system matters.
-
Your tenderness matters.
-
Your identity matters.
-
Your experience of motherhood matters.
This is a space for the mother who knows:
I don’t want to keep abandoning myself while I care for everyone else.
The cost of not being supported postpartum is not just exhaustion. It’s the quiet disappearance of the mother inside the role of care taking
If you’re feeling that little tug, the good kind of tension, the part of you that knows you’re ready to be held differently in this season…
I would love to welcome you in.
Because the next 90 days can go two ways
1. You can continue on the path your on- possibly feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, anxious
2. You can give yourself 3 months to integrate and process everything motherhood is asking of you and find more ease in the joys and challenges of being a mom
Come learn how to mother yourself while you mother your baby.
Come practice The Inner Mother Method.
Come be supported through the real, beautiful, messy, tender work of becoming.

Introducing: The Inner Mother Method
Inside Mothered, you’ll learn The Inner Mother Method a simple, body-based process to help you connect to your babies in a whole new way and mother yourself through the very real moments of motherhood.
The messy ones.
The tender ones.
The touched-out ones.
The “I love my baby and also I need five minutes alone” ones.
The “everyone thinks I’m doing great but I feel like I’m disappearing" ones.
The Inner Mother Method helps you move through with four gentle steps:
Acknowledge
First, we name what’s actually happening. Not the shame story.
Not:
“I’m a bad mom.”
“I should be handling this better.”
“Why am I like this?”
“Other moms probably don’t feel this way.”
But the truth underneath:
“I’m overwhelmed.”
“I’m exhausted.”
“I’m touched out.”
“I feel alone.”
“I need support.”
“This is a lot right now.”
Acknowledging brings you out of the spiral and back into relationship with yourself. Because you can’t mother the part of you that you’re refusing to notice.
Soften
Then, we meet what’s there with compassion. This is the moment you stop fighting yourself.
Instead of judging your reaction, we practice saying:
“Of course this feels hard.”
“Of course I’m tired.”
“Of course this part of me needs care.”
“Of course my body is asking for support.”
“Of course I’m having a human response to a very human moment.”
Softening doesn’t mean you collapse.
It doesn’t mean you ignore what needs to happen.
It means you stop abandoning yourself while you handle it.
Shift
Then, we support the body. Because motherhood is not just happening in your thoughts.
It’s happening in your breath.
Your jaw.
Your shoulders.
Your chest.
Your belly.
Your fascia.
Your nervous system.
Inside Mothered, you’ll learn simple physical practices to help your body feel safer and more supported, including:
- Breathwork
- Tapping
- Gentle touch
- Fascia-based support
- Grounding practices
- Massage-inspired nurturing tools
- Small body shifts you can actually use in real motherhood moments
Not because one breath magically fixes everything. But because your body starts to receive the message: I am here with you. You are not alone in this moment.
Reassure
Finally, we offer ourselves the words, steadiness, and presence we needed.
This is where the Inner Mother comes in.
The part of you that can say:
“I’ve got you.”
“You’re not failing.”
“This is hard, and you are still a good mom.”
“You can tend to your baby and tend to yourself too.”
“You’re allowed to need support.”
“You don’t have to do this perfectly to do it beautifully.”
Reassurance helps you return to yourself.
Not as a perfect mother.
As a mother who is learning how to stay.
Hi. I'm Maggie.
My work as a bodyworker is deeply rooted in lived experience, as I believe the most meaningful healing often is.
At the heart of my work has always been a deep reverence for the wisdom, magic, and power of the female body. I feel especially honored supporting women through the many transitions of life, from adolescence and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. While also caring for the people they love most. My work is grounded in the belief that the body is always communicating with us, and when given the right support, safety, and space, it holds an incredible capacity to heal
My deepest desire is to nurture mothers so they can mother, move, and live from a place of nourishment, joy, and deeper connection. I believe in the beauty and strength of all bodies, and in the quiet process of co-creating with the Divine to build joyful, meaningful, beautiful lives rooted in trust and partnership with our bodies.
See you on the inside....
And in case you've got some questions.... I've put together some answers below.
How many months postpartum should I be to sign up for this?
What if I can’t catch live calls?
Do I have to contribute anything? I feel shy to share in a group of strangers.
I’ve never done self myofascial release/ I’m pretty new to energy work, can I still join?
How is this different from therapy or other postpartum care?
