My in-person bodywork sessions are designed to support the body gently and deeply, creating space for release, regulation, integration, and reconnection. Each session is unique, guided by what your body is communicating in the moment and shaped by both therapeutic skill and intuitive listening.
I work with people of all ages and stages, including women, babies, children, men, and loved ones within the family unit.
At the heart of this work is a simple belief:
your body holds wisdom, and healing becomes more powerful when you are invited into relationship with it.

Why Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy?
I combine Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy to offer deep, supportive work for the body and nervous system. Myofascial Release helps gently unwind restrictions within the connective tissue that can contribute to pain patterns, tightness, scar tissue, and holding in the body. Craniosacral Therapy focuses more on the fluid system and the subtle rhythms moving through those structures, helping restore balance, regulation, and connection throughout the body.
Together, these modalities create a powerful combination that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and return to balance. The changes can be subtle or profound, but for many people, this work becomes truly life changing.
This work is as much about connection as it is relief. Its about helping people feel safer, more grounded, and more trusting in their bodies
In our sessions, I draw from myofascial and craniosacral therapy while also honoring the energetic, emotional, and intuitive dimensions of healing. I often support clients in slowing down, noticing what they feel, and learning how to participate in their own healing process with more awareness and self-trust.
